Haemo

Haemo is a modern and free metallic visual style for Microsoft Windows XP. The package contains the Haemo theme, a desktop wallpaper of multiple dimensions, with Windows icons, shutdown menu style, and a background for the preview panel.

If you are running Service pack 3, then you will need to install a third-party program called UXTender in order to load the theme because it's unsigned electronically.
